To make your trip preparation and stay as smooth as possible, we have prepared an overview of all important information for you.

  

BEFORE ARRIVAL:

Alfred App – Your Personal Online Receptionist:

Three days before your arrival, you will receive an email from us with a link to the myAlfred platform, where you will find:

    • your reservation details
    • online check-in for all guests – mandatory to complete
    • convenient payments
    • overview of additional services
    • tips for trips and activities in the area

 

To log in to myAlfred, you will need the 6-digit reservation code you received in your email.
(If you received an informational email via Booking without styling, look for the term Reservation Code)


ON ARRIVAL DAY:

On the morning of your arrival, you will receive an email containing:

  •  PIN code for all entrances (to the building, room, bike storage)
  •  room number and details of your accommodation location

You can also view this information from your arrival day in the Alfred app.

Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: by 10:30

If online check-in has not been completed or your stay fully paid,
it will be necessary to briefly stop by the central reception the morning after your arrival (which is located in the JBX Avenue building), where we are available to assist you daily from 8:00 to 11:00.
