We are located in the heart of Přední Výtoň, just a few steps from Lipno. This makes our accommodation an ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of Šumava and for active stays on the lake.
We offer modernly equipped double and triple rooms, family Suite rooms, as well as spacious apartments.
Each room features a private bathroom, a partially equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle), and a balcony or terrace with views of Lipno and the surrounding Šumava nature.
The complex also features a family wellness center designed exclusively for guests. Guests can look forward to a Finnish sauna, a relaxation room, and an outdoor covered hot tub with garden views.
Directly adjacent to the property is a spacious garden offering opportunities for relaxation and facilities for families with children. Relaxation lounge chairs are available, as well as a children’s playground for our youngest guests. Another significant advantage is direct access to Lipno.
