For our youngest guests, we've prepared a playground where they can let off steam on climbing frames, a slide, or swings. You'll find a playground at all our properties.

Kids' Set

Are you planning a family vacation with a baby, toddler, or school-aged child? We'll be happy to prepare all the essential children's amenities directly in your apartment, so you don't have to bring them with you. Simply let us know as soon as possible what you'll need during your stay.

Boats and Paddleboards

For an additional charge, you can rent a rowboat or a paddleboard and enjoy a unique view of Lipno directly from the water's surface, whether on a leisurely cruise along the shore or while exploring the surrounding nature.

Toiletries and towels

Toiletries and towels are complimentary. Towels are changed every 3 days; more frequent replacement is available upon request at reception for a fee of 50 CZK.

Our reception is available to guests daily from 8 AM to 11 AM, located in the JBX Avenue building at Lipno nad Vltavou 171.

Self check-in is ideal for those who appreciate comfort, speed, and independence upon arrival at their accommodation.

Golf Club Český Krumlov and Svachovka

The club offers an 18-hole course in the South Bohemian countryside near Český Krumlov. The Svachovka resort features a hotel, brewery, wellness center, and even a chocolate factory, ensuring that non-golfers accompanying guests will also enjoy their stay. The course, set in rolling terrain with views of Kleť mountain, is suitable for both beginners and advanced players, with professional coaches available, and the resort is located 30 minutes from Apartments JBX Lipno. Guests of Apartments JBX receive a 30% discount on green fees.

Golf Club Böhmerwald

The golf club is located on the Austrian side of Šumava, less than 50 minutes from JBX, in hilly terrain with an expansive park. The course features a beautiful terraced arrangement of shrubs and ponds. It offers an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole public course for beginners, as well as practice areas and equipment.

Golf Club Sterngartl

Another beautiful golf resort is located in Austria, just 40 minutes from Apartments JBX. The 18-hole course is spread out in hilly terrain between three villages and is surrounded by forests. The course design incorporates natural and architectural elements such as water hazards and bunkers, offering an enjoyable round in beautiful natural surroundings.
