To make your trip preparation and stay as smooth as possible, we have prepared an overview of all important information for you.

BEFORE ARRIVAL:

myAlfred App – your personal online receptionist:

Four days (or less) before your arrival, you will receive an email from us with a link to the myAlfred platform, where you will find:

    • all details about your booking
    • contact details for our reception
    • overview of ordered services
    • online check-in for all guests – mandatory to complete
    • option to order additional services or pay contactless
    • tips for trips and activities in the area

 

For guests with a Booking.com reservation:
– The login code for myAlfred is not the same as your Booking.com reservation code.
– If you have not received your myAlfred code and there are fewer than 2 days until your arrival, please contact us at: rezervace@jbxresort.cz.

To log in to myAlfred, you will need the 6-digit reservation code you received in your email.
(If you received an informational email via Booking.com without styling, look for the term Reservation Code)

Accommodation:

Check-in: from 16:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
Check-out: by 10:30

On the morning of your arrival day, you will receive an email where you will find:

  • PIN code for all entrances
  • along with the PIN code, you will also receive the code for garage access

  • We do not send PIN codes to guests who have not completed online check-in!

Reception:

  • The central reception is located 300 m from building D (JBX Resort Avenue – building B) and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Parking:

Each apartment includes 1 complimentary parking space in the underground garage. Advance reservation is not required.

  • Park in any available space (spaces are not pre-assigned).
  • Access to the garage is via a PIN code.
  • The garage is monitored 24/7.

During high season, only 1 space per apartment is available. We will gladly offer an additional space subject to availability and for an extra charge.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served buffet style daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the JBX Avenue Lipno lobby bar (300 m away).

Breakfast is an additional charge and must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.

Services included in the accommodation price:

  • Underground garage parking for 1 passenger car
  • Ski storage room with heated lockers for drying ski boots
  • Bicycle storage room with charging stations for e-bikes and bicycle racks
  • Summer terrace with saltwater pool (available from 1. 6. – 30. 9., subject to current weather conditions)
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire resort
  • Local accommodation fees

Optional services:

  • Buffet breakfast at JBX Avenue Lipno
  • Finnish sauna (1–6 persons) – year-round
  • Outdoor hot tub (1–4 persons) – year-round
  • The sauna and hot tub are provided as a private rental.
