Arrival Instructions - JBX resort Avenue

Thank you once again for your accommodation reservation at JBX Resort Avenue Lipno!

To make your trip preparation and your stay itself easier, we have prepared an overview of all important information for you.

BEFORE ARRIVAL:

Alfred Application – Your Personal Online Receptionist:

Three days before your arrival, you will receive an email from us with a link to the myAlfred platform, where you will find:

    • details of your reservation
    • online check-in for all guests – mandatory to complete
    • convenient payments
    • overview of additional services
    • tips for trips and activities in the area

 

To log in to Alfred, you will need the 6-digit reservation code that you received in your email.
(if you received an informational email via Booking.com without styling, look for the term Reservation Code)


ON ARRIVAL DAY:

On the morning of your arrival day, you will receive an email containing:

  • PIN code for all entrances (to the building, room, bike storage, and garage access)
  • Room number and information on where you will be accommodated

You can also view this information in Alfred from your arrival day.

If online check-in has not been completed or your stay has not been fully paid, it is necessary to briefly stop by the central reception the morning after your arrival.

Our receptionists are available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 10:30

Parking:

Guests can take advantage of the following parking options:

  • Underground garage – for a fee, advance reservation required

  • Public parking spaces in the vicinity of the resort (no reservation needed)

Underground Garage Access:

Please use the corresponding entrance based on your room or apartment number:

  • P1: apartments starting with number 2 (building C)

  • P2: hotel rooms and apartments starting with number 1 (building B)

  • P2: hotel rooms and apartments starting with number 3 (building A)

Your parking card will be ready for you at the reception or directly in your room. Please display it visibly behind your vehicle’s windshield.

 

Breakfast:

Treat yourself to a relaxed and delicious morning.

A rich buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 in the lobby bar next to the main reception.

Breakfast (at an additional charge) must be ordered in advance – via the MyAlfréd app, by phone, by email, or in person at the central reception.

  • Free Wi-Fi access throughout the premises
  • Local accommodation fees

Sports and Relaxation Activities:

All activities are subject to an additional charge and can be booked at the central reception between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

  • Outdoor activities are only available in favorable weather conditions.
  • Minigolf (6 holes) – open from spring to autumn (in winter only if there is no snow)
  • Ice Stock Sport (2 lanes) – open year-round
  • Saltwater Pool (10.5 × 5 m) – open June 1 – September 30.
  • Relaxation Pool with Counter-Current and Jets (2.5 × 5.5 m) – open June 1 – September 30, maximum water temperature up to 30 °C
  • Sauna World – open year-round
