In the summer months, you can enjoy the outdoor saltwater pool and the freshwater relaxation pool. On the artificial surface on the roof of the reception and lobby bar, a year-round ice stock sport rink is available, where you can even play in your swimwear. Furthermore, 6 mini-golf holes await you, which will test your precision and concentration.

If the weather isn’t suitable for outdoor activities, you can visit the indoor wellness center with saunas, a relaxation zone, and massage options. These services are subject to a charge and can be booked daily at the reception between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Parking and Additional Amenities

Great location for an active holiday

Underground parking is available for guests at an additional charge. Alternatively, should you choose not to use this service, parking is available outside the resort in designated areas, as indicated by local signage.

The garages also feature bike storage rooms and lockable ski boxes.

The resort is conveniently located just 400 meters below the P2 U Kramolína parking lot, offering direct access to the green E10 hiking trail and the yellow Lipno educational trail. The Treetop Walkway with its thrilling slide is just a 2 km walk away. During the winter season, the Lipenská cable car operates from parking lot P2, providing access to the Snowcross and Lipenská ski slopes.

Check-in: from 16:00 (self check-in using a PIN code, without a reception desk)
Check-out: by 10:30 (after this time, the PIN will no longer work)
Early check-in: possible from 13:00 for an additional fee and subject to current availability. Prior arrangement is required.
Breakfast: served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 in the lobby bar of Building B.
Pets: are not permitted in the resort
